1. Product Overview

3. Setup Instructions

1. Charging the Grinders: Before first use, fully charge both grinders. Locate the Type-C charging port on the top of each grinder. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. A blue indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. Charging typically takes about 60 minutes.

2. Filling with Spices: To fill the grinder, twist the top section counter-clockwise to separate it from the transparent spice container. Add your desired whole spices (e.g., peppercorns, sea salt) into the transparent container. Do not overfill. Reattach the top section by aligning the marks and twisting clockwise until secure.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Coarseness: Turn the adjustment knob located at the bottom of the grinder. Rotate clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. Test the grind size on a plate to achieve your preferred consistency.

2. Grinding Spices: Remove the dust cover from the bottom of the grinder. Hold the grinder over your food and press and hold the button on the top. The grinder will activate, and the warm LED light will illuminate, allowing you to see the amount of spice being dispensed. Release the button to stop grinding.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Cleaning the Grinder: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any residual spice particles from the grinding mechanism.
• Cleaning the Container: The transparent PMMA food-grade container can be washed with water. Ensure it is completely dry before refilling with spices.
• General Care: Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main body of the grinder in water. The product is not dishwasher safe.

6. Troubleshooting

• Grinder not operating: Ensure the grinder is fully charged. Check that the top section is securely attached to the spice container.
• Inconsistent grind: Adjust the coarseness knob at the bottom of the grinder. Ensure the spice container is not overfilled.
• LED light not working: If the grinder is operating but the light is off, check the battery level. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
