Setup

1. Assembly

The paint sprayer is designed for easy assembly. Ensure all parts are clean before connecting them.

1. Attach the suction pipe to the spray gun body.
2. Securely screw the 1200ml material barrel (container) onto the spray gun body.
3. Connect the spray gun assembly to the main motor unit, ensuring it clicks firmly into place.

2. Preparing the Paint

Proper paint viscosity is crucial for optimal spraying. Use the included viscosity cup to measure and dilute your paint as needed.

• Pour paint into the viscosity cup.
• Time how long it takes for the paint to flow out completely.
• Refer to the paint manufacturer's recommendations for ideal viscosity. If no specific recommendation is available, a general guideline for HVLP sprayers is a maximum viscosity of 100 DIN/s.
• Dilute the paint with appropriate thinner (water for latex/water-based paints, mineral spirits for oil-based paints) until the desired viscosity is achieved.
• Pour the prepared paint into the 1200ml container.

Operating Instructions

1. Nozzle Selection

The sprayer offers four different nozzle sizes to accommodate various paint types and project needs:

• 1.5mm: Ideal for sealers, stains, enamel, and varnish. Suitable for detailed work like chairs, tables, bicycles, shutters, cabinets, wooden artwork, and DIY models.
• 1.8mm: Recommended for low viscosity primer and wall paint.
• 2.2mm: Recommended for low viscosity primer and wall paint, especially for larger spray volumes. Suitable for external walls, outdoor floors, and sports field lines.
• 2.6mm: Recommended for low viscosity primer and wall paint, especially for larger spray volumes. Suitable for external walls, outdoor floors, and sports field lines. For latex paint, a 2.6mm nozzle is recommended to ensure better spraying.

2. Spray Patterns

The sprayer offers three adjustable spray patterns to match your painting needs:

• Circular (45°): For small, round areas or detailed work.
• Horizontal (90°): For horizontal surfaces, providing a wide, even coverage.
• Vertical (180°): For vertical surfaces, providing a wide, even coverage.

To change the spray pattern, rotate the air cap to align with the desired pattern icon.

3. Flow Adjustment

Adjust the flow control knob to regulate the paint output. This allows for precise spraying and helps prevent drips or runs. The maximum flow rate is 1000ml/min.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the performance and longevity of your paint sprayer. Always clean the unit immediately after each use to prevent paint from hardening.

2. Remove the paint container and empty any remaining paint.
3. Disassemble the spray gun components (nozzle, air cap, container, suction pipe).
4. Use warm soapy water for water-based paints or appropriate cleaning solution for oil-based paints.
5. Utilize the included cleaning needle and brush to thoroughly clean all parts, paying close attention to the nozzle and air cap to remove any paint residue.
6. Rinse all components with clean water.
7. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Troubleshooting

• No Spray or Weak Spray:

  • Verify the suction pipe is fully submerged in paint and not blocked.
  • Check for air leaks in connections.
• Uneven Spray Pattern:
  • Ensure the air cap is correctly aligned for the desired spray pattern.
  • Clean the nozzle and air cap for any dried paint.
  • Adjust the flow control knob for consistent output.
• Paint Dripping:
  • Reduce the paint flow using the adjustment knob.
  • Ensure the paint is not too thin.
  • Maintain the optimal spraying distance (30-40cm).
• Motor Not Starting:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Ensure the power switch is in the "ON" position.
