1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the reusable filter, funnel, and travel mug in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
  3. Initial Rinse: Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the MAX line. Place the empty travel mug on the drip tray. Run a brewing cycle without coffee to clean the internal components. Discard the water.
  4. Placement: Place the coffee maker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to brew your perfect cup of coffee:

  1. Fill Water Reservoir: Open the lid of the coffee maker. Fill the included 14oz travel mug with fresh, cold water to your desired level (up to 14oz). Pour the water into the water reservoir located at the back of the coffee maker. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Place the reusable filter into the funnel. Add your preferred amount of ground coffee into the reusable filter. For a standard 14oz cup, 2-3 tablespoons of ground coffee are typically recommended. Close the lid securely.
  3. Position Mug: Place the empty 14oz travel mug (or another mug of appropriate size) onto the drip tray, ensuring it is centered under the coffee dispenser.
  4. Start Brewing: Plug the coffee maker into a standard electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button located on the side of the appliance. A blue indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the brewing process has started.
  5. Enjoy: Once the brewing cycle is complete, the coffee maker will automatically shut off, and the blue indicator light will turn off. Carefully remove your travel mug and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your coffee maker.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean Removable Parts: The reusable filter and funnel are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended) or can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Clean Travel Mug: The 14oz stainless steel travel mug should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. The lid is also dishwasher-safe.
  4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  5. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the coffee maker. To descale, fill the water reservoir with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water. Run a brewing cycle. Repeat with clean water to rinse. Descale every 2-4 weeks depending on water hardness.

6. Troubleshooting
