4. Setup

3. Power Connection: Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position. Plug the power cord into a standard AC 220-240V electrical outlet. This appliance is not cordless.

5. Operating Instructions

Before operating, ensure the massager is properly set up and you are seated comfortably.

1. Power On: Press the Power button on the control panel to turn on the massager. The LED display will illuminate.
2. Select Program: The massager offers 3 auto programs and 3 personal preference programs. Use the 'Program' button to cycle through the available massage processes.
3. Adjust Strength: Use the 'Strength' button to select from 6 different massage intensity levels. Start with a lower strength and gradually increase to your comfort level.
4. Activate Heat Function: Press the 'Heat' button to activate the far infrared heating function. Press again to turn it off.
5. Rolling Massage: The special rolling massage for the sole is integrated into certain programs.
6. Vibration: The massager provides two vibrations on each side, which are part of the massage processes.
7. Auto Shut-off: The massager will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous operation. You can restart it if desired.
8. Power Off: Press the Power button again to turn off the massager when finished. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.

Note: The combination of 6 massage strengths and 6 massage processes results in 12 unique massage combinations. Experiment to find your ideal massage effect.

6. Maintenance

Cleaning:

• Always unplug the massager before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh detergents.
• The two fabric covers are removable for easy cleaning. Gently remove them and hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reattaching.
• Do not immerse the massager in water or any other liquid.

Storage:

• Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the massager.
• Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the appliance.
