4. Setup and Installation

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Wall: Ensure the wall has pre-installed hot and cold water outlets with an 11cm (±1.5 cm) center-to-center distance. The recommended height of the wall mounting hole from the countertop is between 100-200mm. If the mounting hole is more than 200mm from the countertop, water may splash when flowing into the sink.
2. Install S-Unions: Apply plumber's tape to the threaded ends of the S-unions (eccentric connectors). Screw them into the wall outlets, adjusting them until the distance between their centers is 11cm and they are level.
3. Attach Decorative Covers: Slide the decorative covers over the S-unions against the wall.
4. Connect Faucet Body: Place the rubber gaskets into the nuts of the faucet body. Align the faucet body with the S-unions and tighten the nuts securely. Use a wrench, but do not overtighten.
5. Attach Spout: Screw the U-shaped spout onto the main faucet body. Ensure the O-ring is properly seated for a watertight seal.
6. Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for any leaks. If leaks occur, tighten the connections slightly until they stop.

5. Operating Instructions

The ONECE faucet is designed for simple and intuitive operation.

Water Flow and Temperature Control:

• Turn On/Off: Lift the single lever handle upwards to turn on the water flow. Push it downwards to turn off the water.
• Adjust Flow: The further you lift the handle, the stronger the water flow.
• Adjust Temperature: Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. The middle position provides mixed water.

Spout Rotation:

The faucet spout can be rotated 360 degrees horizontally. Simply grasp the spout and gently pivot it to the desired position. This is particularly useful for filling large containers or directing water to different areas of a double sink.

Honeycomb Bubbler:

The integrated honeycomb bubbler ensures a soft, aerated water stream, reducing splashing and conserving water. No special operation is required for the bubbler; it functions automatically when water flows.

Cleaning the Faucet:

• Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive liquid cleaner.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia, bleach, or acid, as these can damage the brushed stainless steel finish.

Cleaning the Bubbler:

Over time, mineral deposits can accumulate in the bubbler, affecting water flow. To clean:

1. Unscrew the bubbler from the end of the spout.
2. Rinse the mesh screen under running water to remove loose debris.
3. For stubborn mineral deposits, soak the bubbler in a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water for 15-30 minutes.
4. Use a small brush (like an old toothbrush) to gently scrub away any remaining deposits.
