Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided USB to USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset and a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The LED indicator will show charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually the multi-function button) for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt or see the LED indicator light up/turn off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device (iPhone, Android, Google Phone, Laptop, Tablet), go to the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Search for available devices and select 'OPENEAR Rondo' (or similar name) from the list.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will typically turn solid blue or flash blue slowly. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Headphones

Place the headphones with the transducers resting on your cheekbones, just in front of your ears. The neckband should rest comfortably behind your head. Adjust for a secure and comfortable fit.

Cleaning

Wipe the headphones with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.
