Operating Instructions
1. Inserting the Probe

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Probe
The food-grade 304 stainless steel probe is waterproof and easy to clean. Hand wash only. Use a sponge or soft brush with mild soap and water. Do not use metal brushes to avoid damaging the probe. Ensure the top of the probe (where it connects to the handle) does not come into contact with water. Dry the probe promptly after cleaning.
