Setup
The Dimplex Revillusion® electric firebox is designed for easy installation without the need for venting, gas lines, or complex piping.
- Prepare the Opening: Ensure you have a framed opening that accommodates the firebox dimensions (approximately 12.13"D x 37.25"W x 26.63"H). Refer to the detailed dimension image for precise measurements.

- Electrical Connection: You have two options for power connection:
- Plug-in: Use the included 120V EZ Plug Kit to connect the firebox to a standard electrical outlet.
- Hardwire: For a cleaner, integrated look, the unit can be hardwired by a qualified electrician.
- Insert the Firebox: Carefully slide the electric firebox into the prepared opening. Ensure it is level and securely positioned.
- Install Front Glass Panel: Attach the front glass panel according to the instructions provided in the separate installation guide (if applicable). This panel enhances the visual effect and protects the interior.
- Place Log Set: Arrange the realistic faux log set within the firebox as desired. The translucent acrylic panel should be positioned to reflect the flames effectively.

Operating Instructions
Your Dimplex Revillusion® firebox can be operated using the multi-function remote control or the integrated control panel.
Remote Control Functions:

- Power On/Off: Press the power button (usually at the top) to turn the unit on or off.
- Flame Brightness/Color: Adjust the intensity and color of the flames to suit your preference. The Revillusion flame technology mimics a natural fire.
- Heat Control: Activate the ceramic heater for warmth. The heater can provide supplemental heat for up to 1,000 square feet. You can turn the heat function off independently to enjoy the flames without warmth during warmer months.
- Mood Lighting: Control the interior firebox lighting, which automatically adjusts to match the room's lighting conditions.
- Timer Function: Set a timer for automatic shut-off.
- Temperature Adjustment: Increase or decrease the desired room temperature when the heater is active.

Maintenance
