5. Setup

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your Air Venturi EVO-310 Compressor:

1. Connect Device: Connect the female quick disconnect fitting of the output hose to the male fill probe of your Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) gun or air tank. Ensure a secure connection.
2. Set Desired Pressure: Use the digital display and controls to set the target fill pressure. The unit display can be adjusted between BAR, PSI, and MPa. Do not exceed the maximum safe working pressure of your PCP device.
3. Power On: Flip the main power switch (refer to Figure 4.3) to the "ON" position. The compressor will begin to operate.
4. Monitor Filling: The compressor will automatically fill the connected device to the preset pressure. The digital display will show the current pressure.
5. Automatic Shut-Off: Once the target pressure is reached, the compressor will automatically shut off.
6. Automatic Air Pressure Purge: After shut-off, the system will automatically purge residual air pressure from the hose.
7. Disconnect Device: Once the pressure has been purged, safely disconnect your PCP gun or air tank from the quick disconnect fitting.
8. Cool Down Cycle: The compressor features an automated cool-down cycle during fills. Allow the unit to complete any cooling cycles before storing or prolonged non-use.

7. Maintenance
