4.1 Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. Press the power button to turn the device on. The LED lights will automatically activate.
2. Press the speed button to cycle through the three speed settings: Low (6000 RPM/Min), Medium (8000 RPM/Min), and High (10000 RPM/Min). Select the appropriate speed based on your pet's comfort and nail hardness.
