Setup
Before First Use:
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the frying basket and crisper plate thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space at the back and sides, and 20 cm above the appliance for proper ventilation.
Initial Burn-in (Recommended):
It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180-200°C before cooking food for the first time. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and eliminate initial odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal.
Operating Instructions
General Operation:
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Carefully pull out the frying basket from the air fryer.
- Place the crisper plate inside the frying basket.
- Place your ingredients into the frying basket, ensuring not to overfill. For best results, do not fill beyond the MAX line.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- The digital display will light up.

Setting Time and Temperature:
- Use the temperature control buttons to set the desired cooking temperature (up to 200°C).
- Use the timer control buttons to set the desired cooking time.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Using Pre-set Programs:
The EVVO Air Fryer features 8 pre-set programs for common dishes, including fries, chicken wings, steak, shrimp, fish, cupcakes, dehydrating, and defrosting.
- Press the Mode button to cycle through the pre-set programs.
- Once you select a program, the air fryer will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Shaking Ingredients:
For even cooking and crispiness, some recipes require shaking or tossing ingredients halfway through the cooking process.
- Carefully pull out the frying basket. The air fryer will automatically pause.
- Shake or toss the ingredients.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer. Cooking will resume automatically.
Automatic Shut-off:
The air fryer will automatically shut off when the set cooking time has elapsed. A chime will sound to indicate that cooking is complete.

Cleaning the Frying Basket and Crisper Plate:
- Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the frying basket and crisper plate.
- Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- The frying basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
- Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Cleaning the Main Unit:
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
- Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
