Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for using your Besdiyart Epoxy Resin Kit. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning your project to ensure safe and successful results. This kit is designed for creating various resin crafts, including jewelry, keychains, and decorative items.
Safety Precautions
- Ventilation: Always work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling fumes. Open windows or use a fan.
- Protective Gear: Wear the provided gloves to protect your hands from direct contact with resin. Consider wearing eye protection and a mask.
- Surface Protection: Cover your work surface with a disposable mat, plastic sheeting, or newspaper to prevent permanent stains or damage. Resin can be difficult to remove once cured.
- Skin Contact: In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Do not use solvents.
- Adult Supervision: If children are participating, ensure they are under strict adult supervision at all times.
- Storage: Store resin and hardener in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

- Wear Protective Gear: Put on the provided gloves before handling any resin components.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to create your resin crafts:
- Measure Resin and Hardener: Pour equal volumes of Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) into a clean measuring cup. The ratio is 1:1 by volume.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture slowly for 3 to 5 minutes using a wooden stick. Stir slowly to minimize air bubbles. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes clear and streak-free. Ensure you scrape the sides and bottom of the cup to fully combine both parts.
- Add Color and Decorations: Divide the mixed resin into smaller dosing cups if you plan to use multiple colors or decorations. Add resin pigments, glitters, dried flowers, or foil flakes to each cup and stir gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour into Molds: Slowly pour the mixed and decorated resin into your chosen silicone molds. Fill to your desired level.
- Remove Bubbles (Optional): If bubbles appear, you can gently exhale over the surface (briefly, from a distance) or use a heat gun/torch quickly to pop them. Be cautious not to overheat the resin or mold.
- Curing: Allow the resin to cure in a dust-free environment for at least 24 hours. The curing time may vary depending on temperature and humidity. For best results, allow 48-72 hours for full hardness.
- Demolding: Once fully cured, carefully demold your resin pieces by gently flexing the silicone mold.
- Assemble Jewelry: Use the provided jewelry accessories (jump rings, earring hooks, pendant clasps, hair clips) and glue to assemble your finished resin pieces into necklaces, earrings, keychains, or hair clips.

Maintenance
- Cleaning Tools: Clean mixing cups, stirring sticks, and other reusable tools immediately after use with rubbing alcohol or acetone before the resin cures. Once cured, resin is very difficult to remove.
- Silicone Molds: Wash silicone molds with mild soap and water after each use. Ensure they are completely dry before storing. Avoid using sharp objects on molds to prevent damage.
- Storage: Store unused resin and hardener in their original sealed containers in a cool, dark place. Keep away from extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Sticky or Soft Resin: This usually indicates improper mixing. Ensure the 1:1 ratio is precise and that the resin and hardener are thoroughly mixed for the recommended 3-5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the cup. Low temperatures can also affect curing; ensure your workspace is at room temperature.
- Excessive Bubbles: Stirring too vigorously can introduce bubbles. Stir slowly and consistently. After pouring, a quick pass with a heat gun or lighter (from a safe distance) can help pop surface bubbles.
- Uneven Curing: Inconsistent mixing is the primary cause. Ensure all parts of the resin and hardener are fully combined.
