Setup

Power Connection: Locate the DC 9V power adapter. Insert the small end of the adapter into the "DC 9V" jack on the rear panel of the keyboard. Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Turning On: Press the POWER button located on the top left of the keyboard to turn it on.

- Microphone Connection: If using the wired microphone, plug its connector into the "MIC" input jack on the rear panel.
- Headphone/Output Connection: For private practice, connect headphones to the "PHONES/OUTPUT" jack on the rear panel. This will mute the built-in speakers. This jack can also be used to connect to external amplification systems.
- Key Note Stickers: For beginners, apply the provided key note stickers to the corresponding keys as indicated in the sticker guide.

Music Sheet Stand: Insert the music sheet stand into the designated slots on the top panel of the keyboard.

Operating Instructions
Basic Controls
- POWER Button: Turns the keyboard on or off.
- MASTER VOL +/-: Adjusts the overall volume of the keyboard.
- FUNCTION Button: Used to access various advanced settings and modes. Press this button, then use the number keys or other function buttons to select specific parameters.
- START/STOP Button: Starts or stops rhythm playback and demo songs.

Timbres (Tones)
The keyboard features 300 different instrument timbres. To select a timbre:
- Press the TIMBRES button.
- Use the number keys (0-9) to enter the desired timbre number. Refer to the timbre list in the full user manual for specific numbers.
Rhythms
The keyboard includes 300 rhythm styles. To select and play a rhythm:
- Press the RHYTHMS button.
- Use the number keys (0-9) to enter the desired rhythm number.
- Press START/STOP to begin rhythm playback.
- Press START/STOP again to stop the rhythm.

Demo Songs
There are 21 built-in demo songs. To play a demo song:
- Press the DEMO SONGS button.
- Use the number keys (0-9) to select a specific demo song, or press DEMO SONGS repeatedly to cycle through them.
- Press START/STOP to stop playback.
Learning Modes (3-Step Learning)
The keyboard features an intelligent 3-step learning system to assist beginners:
- One-Key Mode: Allows you to play along with a demo song by pressing any key. The correct note will sound regardless of which key is pressed.
- Follow Mode: The keyboard waits for you to play the correct note before proceeding with the song.
- Ensemble Mode: You play the melody while the keyboard plays the accompaniment.

Recording and Playback
You can record your performances and play them back:
- RECORD: Press this button to start recording your playing.
- PLAY: Press this button to play back your recorded performance.

Advanced Controls
- Tempo Adjustment (30–240 BPM): Use the TEMPO +/- buttons to increase or decrease the speed of rhythms and demo songs.
- Metronome: Press the METRONOME button to activate a click track for timing practice.
- Transpose: Adjusts the pitch of the keyboard up or down in semitone steps. Use the TRANSPOSE +/- buttons.
- Split Keyboard: Divides the keyboard into two sections, allowing two different voices or functions to be played simultaneously.
- Sustain: Adds a decaying effect to notes, similar to a piano's sustain pedal.
- Vibrato: Adds a slight pitch modulation effect to notes.
- Percussion Effects: Access various percussion sounds.
- Chord Modes (Single Chord & Fingered Chord): Allows for automatic chord accompaniment. Single Chord mode plays a major chord by pressing a single key in the lower range. Fingered Chord mode recognizes full chord voicings.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the keyboard surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes.
- Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the keyboard or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not place heavy objects on top of it.
- Power Off: Always turn off the keyboard and unplug the power adapter when not in use for extended periods.
