Instruction Manual

1. Introduction

The ACADEEP UV Resin Curing Light is designed for efficient and rapid curing of UV-sensitive resins, commonly used in SLA/DLP 3D printing and various craft projects. This high-efficiency 6W UV lamp emits light in the 395nm-405nm spectrum, ideal for quick and thorough resin solidification. Its robust aluminum construction ensures durability and effective heat dissipation, contributing to a long operational lifespan.

2. Safety Information

  • Eye Protection: Always wear appropriate UV-protective eyewear when operating the UV light to prevent eye damage.
  • Skin Protection: Avoid direct and prolonged exposure of skin to UV light.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area, especially when curing resin, as some resins may emit fumes.
  • Placement: Do not place the UV light near flammable materials.
  • Handling: Do not touch the light source directly when it is on or immediately after use, as it may be hot.

3. Package Contents

7. Troubleshooting

  • Light Not Turning On:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
    • Ensure the switch on the power cord is in the 'ON' position.
    • Verify the power outlet is functional by testing with another device.
  • Resin Not Curing Properly:
    • Ensure the UV light is positioned close enough to the resin (less than 5cm).
    • Increase the curing time. Some resins or thicker layers require longer exposure.
    • Verify the resin is compatible with 395nm-405nm UV light.
    • Check for any obstructions between the light and the resin.
