1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the TOPRCBOXS H24 Drone. This foldable quadcopter is equipped with a 1080P HD camera, WiFi FPV transmission, and offers a flight time of 26-30 minutes, making it suitable for both adults and children, especially beginners. This manual provides essential information for safe operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure an optimal user experience.

2. Safety Guidelines

Always prioritize safety when operating the drone. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury, damage to property, or legal issues.

• Read the Manual: Fully understand all instructions before first flight.
• Environmental Awareness: Fly in open areas, away from people, animals, buildings, and obstacles. Avoid flying near airports or restricted airspace.
• Weather Conditions: Do not fly in strong winds, rain, snow, or fog.
• Battery Safety: Use only original batteries and chargers. Do not overcharge or puncture batteries. Discontinue use if batteries are damaged or swollen.
• Propeller Safety: Keep hands, face, and loose clothing away from rotating propellers.
• Visual Line of Sight: Always maintain visual line of sight with the drone during flight.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging Batteries

Before first use, fully charge both drone batteries. Connect the USB charging cable to the battery and a 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 90-120 minutes per battery.

4.2 Installing Batteries

• Drone Battery: Insert the charged battery into the battery compartment on the drone's rear until it clicks into place.
• Remote Controller Battery: Open the battery cover on the back of the remote controller and insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the cover.

4.3 Unfolding the Drone

Gently unfold the drone's arms until they are fully extended and locked into position. Ensure all four arms are securely unfolded before flight.

4.4 App Installation (Optional for FPV)

For FPV (First Person View) and advanced features, download the dedicated drone app from your smartphone's app store. Search for "H24 Drone" or scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide (if applicable). Connect your phone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named "H24-XXXXXX") after powering on the drone.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Pairing the Drone and Remote

1. Place the drone on a flat, level surface.
2. Turn on the drone. The indicator lights will flash.
3. Turn on the remote controller.
4. Push the left joystick (throttle) all the way up, then all the way down. The drone lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

5.2 Gyro Calibration

After pairing, push both joysticks down and to the right simultaneously for 2-3 seconds. The drone lights will flash rapidly and then turn solid, indicating successful calibration. This ensures stable flight.

5.3 Take-off and Landing

• One-Key Take-off: Press the One-Key Take-off button (often marked with an arrow pointing up) on the remote. The drone will automatically ascend to a stable hovering height.
• Manual Take-off: Slowly push the left joystick (throttle) up to make the drone ascend.
• One-Key Landing: Press the One-Key Landing button (often marked with an arrow pointing down) on the remote. The drone will automatically descend and land gently.
• Manual Landing: Slowly pull the left joystick (throttle) down to make the drone descend until it lands.

5.4 Basic Flight Controls

• Left Joystick (Throttle/Yaw): Up/Down for altitude, Left/Right for rotation (yaw).
• Right Joystick (Pitch/Roll): Up/Down for forward/backward movement (pitch), Left/Right for left/right sideward movement (roll).

5.5 Advanced Features

The H24 Drone includes several intelligent flight modes for enhanced control and fun:

• Altitude Hold: Maintains a stable altitude, making it easier to control the drone for beginners and for taking clear photos/videos.

• Headless Mode: Eliminates the need to adjust the drone's position before flight. The drone's front will always be the direction the pilot is facing, regardless of its actual orientation.

5.6 Camera Operation and FPV

The H24 Drone is equipped with a 1080P HD camera that can be adjusted 90 degrees remotely, allowing for versatile aerial photography and videography. Connect to the drone's Wi-Fi via the app to view real-time FPV footage on your smartphone.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone and remote controller. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
• Propeller Replacement: If propellers are damaged, replace them with spare parts provided. Ensure correct propeller (A or B) is installed on the corresponding motor.
• Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not store fully charged or completely depleted batteries for extended periods. Charge them to about 50% for long-term storage.
• Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in a safe place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
