1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation and use of your ZHANDEYUA Anti-Theft Video Doorbell Mount. This mount is designed to secure your compatible video doorbell without the need for drilling, offering protection and ease of installation. Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding with installation.

2. Compatibility

This mount is specifically designed for the following video doorbell models:

• Blink Video Doorbell
• Blink Battery Doorbell Plus (2023 version)
• Blink Video Doorbell 2
• Blink Video Doorbell 3
• Blink Video Doorbell 3 Plus
• Blink Video Doorbell 4
• Blink Video Doorbell (2020 version)

Important: This mount is NOT compatible with Eufy Doorbell, WYZE Doorbell, or Google Nest Doorbell models.

Door Requirements:

• Applicable door thickness: 2.8 cm to 5.5 cm (approximately 1.1 inches to 2.16 inches).
• Door gap width must be greater than 0.2 cm (approximately 0.06 inches).
• Only suitable for doors that open inward (left or right opening).

3. Package Contents

• 1x Bracket Front Cover
• 1x Back Cover for Bracket
• Anti-theft screws
• Metal plate for fixing to doors

Note: The video doorbell itself is NOT included in this package.

4. Safety Information

5. Installation Instructions

The ZHANDEYUA Anti-Theft Video Doorbell Mount is designed for easy, no-drill installation. Follow these steps:

1. Insert Doorbell: Carefully place your compatible video doorbell into the front cover of the mount. Ensure it fits snugly.
2. Attach Back Cover: Secure the back cover to the front cover, enclosing the doorbell.
3. Position on Door: Place the assembled mount onto the edge of your door. Ensure the mount's arms are positioned on either side of the door, with the doorbell facing outwards.
4. Tighten Screws: Use the provided anti-theft screws to tighten the mount securely onto the door. Turn the screws until the mount is firm and cannot be easily removed. Do not overtighten.

6. Operating Instructions

Once installed, the ZHANDEYUA Anti-Theft Video Doorbell Mount functions as a protective housing for your video doorbell. It is designed to:

• Protect from Dust: The all-inclusive design helps protect your doorbell from environmental dust.
• Provide Anti-Theft Security: The front and rear housing are secured with anti-theft screws, making it difficult for unauthorized removal.
• Allow Easy Battery Replacement: The design allows for convenient access to replace doorbell batteries when needed, typically by loosening the anti-theft screws and separating the housing.

7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and proper function of your doorbell mount:

• Periodically check the tightness of the anti-theft screws to ensure the mount remains secure.
• Clean the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure no debris obstructs the doorbell's camera or sensor within the mount.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your doorbell mount, consider the following:

• Mount is loose: Re-tighten the anti-theft screws. Ensure your door meets the specified thickness and gap requirements.
• Doorbell does not fit: Double-check the compatibility list in Section 2. Ensure you are using a compatible Blink video doorbell model.
• Door cannot close properly: Verify that your door opens inward and that the door gap width is sufficient (greater than 0.2 cm).
• Difficulty replacing batteries: Loosen the anti-theft screws to separate the mount housing for battery access. Re-secure after replacement.
