Important Safety Information

WARNING:

  • Avoid aiming the water jet directly at the throat or eyes.
  • For first-time users or those with sensitive gums, always start with the lowest pressure mode.
  • Use only the provided charging cable. Ensure the adapter is 5V/1A/2A/3A.

Setup Guide

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the unit and plug the other end into a compatible 5V 1A/2A/3A adapter (not included). The charging indicator lights will blink during charging and remain solid when fully charged.

2. Filling the Water Tank

Open the water tank lid located at the bottom of the unit. Fill the 300ML detachable reservoir with lukewarm water. You may also add mouthwash (equal parts water and mouthwash) for an enhanced cleaning experience. Close the lid securely to prevent leaks.

3. Attaching a Nozzle Head

Select your desired nozzle head. Insert the nozzle into the opening at the top of the unit until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release button next to the nozzle opening and pull the nozzle out.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press the Power button (top button) to turn the device on or off. The device has a 2-minute auto-timer for optimal cleaning duration.

2. Adjusting Water Pressure Modes

The H2ofloss Water Dental Flosser offers 5 selectable water pressure modes. Press the Mode button (bottom button) to cycle through the settings: Low, Gentle, Medium, Strong, and High Pressure. The indicator lights will show the current mode. For beginners or sensitive gums, start with the lowest setting.

3. Using Different Nozzle Tips

The device comes with various tips for different oral care needs:

  • Standard Tip: For daily cleaning and removing 99% of food residue.
  • Orthodontic Tip: Designed for effective cleaning around dental braces.
  • Periodontal Tip: Massages gums and provides thorough cleaning below the gumline.
  • Tongue Scraper Tip: For cleaning the tongue and removing bacteria that cause bad breath.
  • Whitening Nozzle: Use with whitening tablets (sold separately) for enhanced stain removal.

4. Flossing Technique

For best results, follow these steps:

  1. Add lukewarm water to the reservoir.
  2. Insert the desired tip into the unit.
  3. Press the Mode button to select the proper water pressure mode.
  4. Place the jet tip into your mouth, directing it at a 90-degree angle to your gumline.
  5. Press the Power button to turn on the device and begin flossing. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to drain into the sink.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Water Tank

The 300ML water tank is detachable and features a wide-angle design for easy cleaning. After each use, empty any remaining water and rinse the tank thoroughly. For deeper cleaning, the tank can be fully detached and washed with mild soap and water.

2. Cleaning Nozzle Tips

Rinse nozzle tips under running water after each use. Replace nozzle tips every 3-6 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear.

3. General Care
