General Loading Procedure

1. Open the carrier sheet flat.
2. Place the document you wish to scan inside the carrier sheet, aligning it with the designated guides. Ensure the document lies flat and is not creased within the sheet.
3. Close the carrier sheet, making sure the document is securely held within.
4. Insert the closed carrier sheet into your compatible Fujitsu scanner's document feeder, following the scanner's specific loading instructions.
5. Initiate the scan from your scanner's software. The carrier sheet will pass through the scanner, protecting your document and ensuring a smooth feed.

• Scanning A3 Paper (0:01 - 0:10): For larger documents like A3, fold the paper carefully to fit within the carrier sheet. The sheet will protect the fold and ensure it passes through the scanner without tearing or jamming.
• Scanning B4 Paper (0:11 - 0:22): Similar to A3, B4 paper can be accommodated by folding it to fit the carrier sheet. The carrier sheet maintains the document's integrity during scanning.
• Scanning Wrinkled Paper (0:23 - 0:35): Place wrinkled or creased documents inside the carrier sheet. The rigid structure of the sheet helps flatten the paper as it feeds, resulting in a smoother scan and preventing jams.
