Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
No Internet Access / SIM Card Not Working
  • Ensure your SIM card is an unlocked, universal ordinary SIM card. Some locked SIM cards, contract SIM cards, or SIM cards restricted to specific devices may not work.
  • Verify that your SIM card has an active data plan.
  • Check if the local area is covered by 4G networks.
  • The router should automatically recognize most SIM cards and APN settings. If not, you may need to manually configure the APN (Access Point Name) settings via the web interface. Refer to your SIM card provider for correct APN details.
  • Try using a different universal SIM card from another operator to rule out SIM card compatibility issues.
Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi
  • Ensure the router is powered on and the Wi-Fi indicator light is active.
  • Verify you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password (SSID and password are on the label inside the device).
  • Move closer to the router to ensure you are within range.
  • Restart both the router and your connecting device.
Slow Internet Speed
  • Check your 4G signal strength on the router's indicator. Weak signal can lead to slow speeds.
  • Reduce the number of connected devices. The router supports up to 10 users, but performance may vary with heavy usage.
  • Ensure you are in an area with good 4G LTE coverage.
  • Restart the router.
Device Not Turning On
  • Ensure the battery is properly installed and fully charged.
  • Connect the router to a power source using the USB cable to see if it powers on.
  • The battery might be depleted or faulty.
