1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Hwagol 1.85" Smartwatch. This intelligent sports watch is designed for both men and women, featuring a 1.85" DIY touchscreen, Bluetooth calling, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, weather display, pedometer, calorie tracking, distance measurement, heart rate detection, blood oxygen and blood pressure monitoring, multiple exercise modes, sleep tracking, call, SMS, and APP message notifications, and sedentary reminders. This manual provides detailed instructions to help you set up, operate, and maintain your smartwatch for optimal performance.

2. Safety Information
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. This may cause damage, fire, or electric shock.
- Keep the device away from extreme temperatures (hot or cold), direct sunlight, and high humidity.
- Avoid exposing the device to strong impacts or drops.
- Do not use chemical cleaners or strong detergents to clean the device. Use a soft, dry cloth.
- This device is IP67 waterproof, meaning it can withstand daily splashes and brief immersion. Do not use it for swimming, diving, or in hot water/steam.
- Consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise regimen or if you have pre-existing health conditions. The health monitoring features are for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.
- Keep out of reach of children.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Smartwatch
Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer's USB port.

A full charge typically takes about 2 hours. The watch will display a charging indicator.
4.2 App Installation and Pairing
To unlock the full features of your smartwatch, you need to install the companion app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with most smartphones running iOS 8.2 or later and Android 5.1 or later.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code in the watch's manual or on the watch itself (if available), or search for the app name (usually mentioned in the quick start guide or on the watch packaging) in your phone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the App: Launch the installed app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
- Pair the Device: In the app, navigate to the "Device" or "My Device" section and select "Add Device" or "Bind Device". The app will search for nearby smartwatches. Select "Hwagol G20" or the corresponding device name when it appears.
- Confirm Pairing: A pairing request may appear on your watch and phone. Confirm the pairing on both devices.
- Bluetooth Call Pairing: For Bluetooth calling functionality, you may need to pair the watch separately as an audio device in your phone's Bluetooth settings after the initial app pairing. Look for "Hwagol G20_CALL" or similar in your phone's Bluetooth device list and connect to it.
Once successfully paired, the watch will synchronize time and data with your phone.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Navigation
The Hwagol Smartwatch features a 1.85-inch full touch screen for easy navigation.

- Swipe Down: Access quick settings (e.g., brightness, DND, battery saver).
- Swipe Up: View notifications.
- Swipe Left/Right: Navigate through main functions/widgets (e.g., activity data, heart rate, weather, music control).
- Tap: Select an icon or confirm an action.
- Press Side Button: Return to the main watch face or power on/off (long press).
5.2 Bluetooth Calling and Notifications
Once paired, your smartwatch supports Bluetooth calls and smart notifications.

- Making Calls: Access the "Dial" function on the watch to dial a number directly, or select from your synced contacts/call history.
- Answering Calls: When a call comes in, the watch will display the caller ID. Tap the green icon to answer or the red icon to reject.
- Notifications: The watch will display notifications from common social media apps (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp) and SMS messages. Swipe up from the main screen to view your notification history.

5.3 Multi-Sport Modes

To start an exercise:
- Navigate to the "Sport" or "Exercise" menu on your watch.
- Select your desired activity (e.g., Running, Cycling, Walking).
- Tap "Start" to begin tracking. The watch will record steps, heart rate changes, and calories burned in real-time.
- Tap "Pause" or "End" to stop the activity. Data will be synced to the app.
5.4 Health Monitoring
The smartwatch is equipped with advanced sensors for 24/7 health monitoring.

- Heart Rate Monitor: The watch continuously monitors your heart rate. View real-time data on the watch or detailed graphs in the app.
- Blood Oxygen Monitor (SpO2): Measure your blood oxygen levels. Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist for accurate readings.
- Blood Pressure Monitor: The watch can estimate blood pressure. For best results, remain still during measurement.
- Sleep Tracking: The watch automatically monitors your sleep duration and stages (deep sleep, light sleep). Review your sleep patterns in the app to promote healthier habits.
- Sedentary Reminder: Set reminders in the app to prompt you to move if you've been inactive for too long.
All health data can be synchronized and analyzed in the companion app on your phone.

To change the watch face:
- From Watch: Long-press the main watch face to enter the watch face selection interface. Swipe left/right to browse and tap to select.
- From App: Open the companion app, navigate to "Watch Faces" or "Dial Settings," and choose from the gallery or upload your own image to create a custom face.
5.6 Other Convenient Functions

- Music Control: Control music playback on your phone (play, pause, skip tracks) directly from your watch.
- Camera Control: Use your watch as a remote shutter for your phone's camera.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your smartwatch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain device longevity.
- Wipe the watch screen and body with a soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, slightly dampen the cloth with water.
- For the strap, clean with a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Ensure the strap is completely dry before reattaching it to the watch.
- Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
6.2 Water Resistance (IP67)
The Hwagol Smartwatch has an IP67 water resistance rating.
- IP67 means: The watch is protected from dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.
- It is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing, rain, and splashes.
- Do NOT use for: Swimming, showering (especially with hot water/steam), diving, or high-pressure water activities.
- If the watch gets wet, wipe it dry thoroughly before charging or using the side button.
