The KOTEK Electric Pizza Oven is designed for baking pizzas up to 12 inches in diameter, as well as other baked goods like rolls, pies, and breads. It features a stainless steel construction, built-in temperature control, an auto shut-off timer, and a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning.

Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the pizza oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the oven for ventilation (at least 4 inches from walls or other appliances).
3. Assembly: Insert the removable grill and crumb tray into their designated slots. Ensure they are properly seated.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V/60HZ electrical outlet.
5. Initial Burn-off: Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Food: Place your pizza or other food item on the removable grill. For frozen pizzas, it is recommended to thaw them first for best results.
2. Insert Food: Carefully slide the grill with the food into the oven.
3. Set Timer: Use the mechanical control knob to set the desired cooking time. The timer can be set from 0 to 30 minutes. Typical pizza baking time is 8-12 minutes, depending on pizza size and desired crispness.
4. Cooking Process: The oven will begin heating automatically. The 360-degree rotary heating ensures even cooking.
5. Completion: The oven will automatically shut off when the set time expires. Carefully remove the cooked food using the insulated handle.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remove Crumb Tray and Grill: Slide out the removable crumb tray and grill.
3. Clean Components: Wash the crumb tray and grill with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting. These parts are not dishwasher safe.
4. Clean Interior/Exterior: Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the oven with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do not immerse the oven in water or any other liquid.
5. Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal utensils, as these can damage the stainless steel finish.
6. Storage: Store the oven in a cool, dry place when not in use.
