  2. Cable Inspection:

Before each use, inspect the drain cable for any kinks, breaks, or damage. Do not use a damaged cable.

  3. Work Area Preparation:

Clear the area around the drain. Place towels or a bucket to catch any water or debris that may come out of the drain during the cleaning process.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Insert Cable:

Manually feed the cable into the drain opening until it meets resistance. Do not force the cable.

  2. Engage Automatic Feed:

With the cable inserted, press the automatic feed button to advance the cable further into the drain. The tool's motor will rotate the cable as it feeds.

  3. Clear the Clog:

Continue to feed the cable, allowing the rotating head to break up or retrieve the clog. You may need to advance and retract the cable several times to effectively clear the obstruction.

  4. Retract Cable:

Once the clog is cleared and water begins to flow, press the automatic feed button to retract the cable back into the drum. Ensure the cable is fully retracted before turning off the tool.

  5. Test Drain:

Run water down the drain to confirm the clog has been completely removed and the drain flows freely.

Note: If the cable binds or gets stuck, immediately release the trigger and retract the cable slightly before attempting to advance it again. Do not apply excessive force.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the tool and cable with a damp cloth to remove any debris or residue. Do not use harsh chemicals.
