Setup and Charging
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port located on the device and plug it into a compatible 110V to 220V power adapter. The indicator lights will show charging progress.
Attaching Massage Heads
The massage gun comes with 4 interchangeable silicone heads. To attach a head, align the base of the desired head with the opening on the massage gun and gently twist clockwise until it is securely fastened. To remove, twist counter-clockwise and pull.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the handle for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again.
Adjusting Speed Settings
Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the 5 available speed settings. Each press will increase the intensity. The LED indicators will show the current speed level.

Application
Gently press the massage head onto the desired muscle area. Move the device slowly across the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid using on bony areas, joints, or directly on the spine. The device has a 7mm amplitude for deep tissue reach.

Auto-Shutoff Feature
For safety and to prevent overuse, the massage gun is equipped with a 10-minute auto-shutoff feature. The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of continuous use.

Troubleshooting
Device Not Turning On
