3. Calibration

The flow meter can be calibrated for optimal accuracy. The initial coefficient for calibration varies by version: older versions use 1850, while newer versions use 1000. The version received is random upon delivery.

Maintenance

1. Battery Replacement

When the display dims or stops functioning, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the "Setup and Installation" section.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the flow meter with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. Ensure the display area remains clean for clear readings.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Inaccurate ReadingsIncorrect calibration coefficient; air bubbles in liquid; flow rate outside specified range.Verify and adjust calibration coefficient. Ensure no air is trapped in the system. Check if flow rate is within 10.5-74 GPM (40-280 LPM).
Display Not WorkingDead batteries; water ingress to electronic board.Replace batteries. If water ingress is suspected, discontinue use and contact support. Avoid splashing water on the dial.
Meter Counts Without FlowElectromagnetic interference from nearby pumps/motors.This GRYVOZE flow meter is equipped with an anti-electromagnetic interference function. If you experience this issue, ensure proper grounding of nearby equipment. If the problem persists, contact support.
Liquid LeakageImproper installation; damaged seals/threads.Re-check all connections and ensure they are tightened correctly with appropriate sealing tape. Inspect seals for damage and replace if necessary.
