2. Safety Information

• Electrical Safety: Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before installation or servicing. Ensure all wiring is in accordance with national and local electrical codes.
• Mounting: The ceiling fan must be mounted to a ceiling joist or a securely anchored outlet box capable of supporting at least 35 lbs (15.9 kg).
• Blade Clearance: Ensure fan blades are at least 7 feet (2.1 meters) from the floor and 30 inches (76 cm) from any wall or obstruction.
• Downrod Selection: Use the appropriate downrod length for your ceiling height. Recommended minimum height: 8 feet.

4. Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. Refer to the provided video for visual guidance.

4.1 Mounting Bracket Installation

1. Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker.
2. Mark the positions for the explosion screws (95-105mm apart) on the ceiling.
3. Drill pilot holes and insert the explosion screws.
4. Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the explosion screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.

4.2 Downrod and Suspension Ball Assembly

1. Select the appropriate downrod (5" for low ceilings, 10" for medium to high ceilings).
2. Insert the downrod into the suspension ball.
3. Align the holes and insert the pin through the downrod and suspension ball.
4. Secure the pin with the provided screw.

4.3 Fan Blade Attachment

1. Attach each of the three solid wood fan blades to the motor assembly using the blade screws (X6).

4.4 Wiring the Receiver

1. Connect the motor cord (pink, gray, red wires) to the receiver.

4.5 Final Assembly

1. Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang the suspension ball into the mounting bracket.
2. Slide the yoke cover and canopy cover up the downrod.
3. Secure the canopy to the mounting bracket with screws.
4. Restore power at the circuit breaker.

5. Operation

Your BOJUE ceiling fan is operated using the included remote control. Ensure the wall switch (if present) is in the "ON" position for remote functionality.

• Power On/Off: Press the power button (Ⓘ) to turn the fan on or off.
• Speed Control: The fan has 6 adjustable speeds. Use buttons 1-6 to select your desired speed. (1-2 for sleep, 2-4 for general use, 5-6 for maximum airflow).
• Timer Function: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 4, or 8 hours using the respective buttons.
• Forward/Reverse Function (F/R): Press the F/R button to change the direction of the fan blades.
