Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your AIDITIYMI BN59-01357C Voice Command Remote Control. This remote is designed as a replacement for various Samsung Neo QLED 4K 8K Crystal UHD Smart TV 2021 models, including Q60A, Q70A, Q80A, LS03A, QA60A, QA70A, QA80A, QN85A, QN90A, QN700A, QN800A, QN900A, and QNLS03A Series. It replaces models such as BN59-01350F, BN59-01357L, BN59-01350C, and BN59-01354A.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

To power your remote control, you will need two (2) 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries. Follow these steps to install them:

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the cover downwards or press the release tab (if present) to open the compartment.
3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

2. Pairing Instructions

Before using the remote control, it must be paired with your Samsung Smart TV. This remote does not feature a solar panel for charging.

1. Ensure your TV is powered on.
2. Install two new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries into the remote control as described above.
3. Point the remote control towards your TV.
4. Simultaneously press and hold the Return button and the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds or more.
5. A pairing message should appear on your TV screen, indicating successful pairing. The remote will then be ready for use.

Button Functions

• Power (Red Circle with Line): Turns the TV on or off.

• Channel (Up/Down Arrows): Changes TV channels.
• NETFLIX: Direct access to the Netflix application.
• Prime Video: Direct access to the Amazon Prime Video application.
• WWW: Direct access to the web browser.

Voice Command Usage

To use the voice command feature:

1. Press and hold the Voice Command (Microphone) button.
2. Speak clearly into the microphone located at the top of the remote control.
3. Release the button when you have finished speaking. Your TV will process the command or search query.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain the remote control's appearance and functionality:

• Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth.
• For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the remote's surface or internal components.

Battery Replacement

Replace the batteries when the remote control's response becomes sluggish or stops working. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your remote control, try the following solutions:

• Remote not responding:
  Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV.
• Remote not pairing:
  Ensure the TV is on. Re-attempt the pairing process by holding the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or more. If the issue persists, try restarting your TV.
• Voice command not working:
