1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your runelk Magic-Style Keyboard Case. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

2. Compatibility

The runelk Magic-Style Keyboard Case is specifically designed for the following iPad models:

• iPad 10th Generation (2022): Models A2696, A2757, A2777
• iPad 11th Generation (A16, 2025): Models A3354, A3355, A3356

To confirm your iPad model, please check the back of your device. This keyboard case is not compatible with iPad Pro 11-inch, iPad Air 5/4, or iPad 9/8/7 generations.

3. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing your runelk Keyboard Case, please ensure all the following items are present:

4. Key Features

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Keyboard

Before first use, fully charge the keyboard. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

• Charging Time: Approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge.
• Indicator: A charging indicator light will typically show red while charging and turn green or off when fully charged.

5.2 Attaching Your iPad

1. Open the keyboard case.
2. Align your iPad with the magnetic back panel of the case. The strong magnets will securely snap your iPad into place.
3. Adjust the floating cantilever stand to your desired viewing angle.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the keyboard is charged and powered on. The power switch is usually located on the side or back of the keyboard.
2. On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Turn on Bluetooth.
4. The iPad will search for discoverable devices. Look for "runelk Keyboard" or a similar name in the list of devices.
5. Tap on the keyboard's name to pair. If prompted, enter the pairing code displayed on your iPad screen using the keyboard, then press Enter.
6. Once paired, the keyboard will show as "Connected" in your iPad's Bluetooth settings.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Using the Keyboard

The keyboard functions like a standard QWERTY keyboard. It includes a full row of iPadOS shortcut keys for enhanced productivity.

• Function Keys: Use the 'Fn' key in combination with other keys for specific functions (e.g., media control, brightness adjustment). Refer to the key legends for specific shortcuts.
• Backlight Control: If your keyboard has a backlight, there will be a dedicated key (often 'Fn' + a specific key) to cycle through brightness levels or turn it on/off.

6.2 Using the Multi-Touch Trackpad

The integrated trackpad allows for precise cursor control and supports various multi-touch gestures for efficient navigation within iPadOS.

• Single Finger Tap: Left-click.
• Two Finger Tap: Right-click (context menu).
• Two Finger Scroll: Scroll up/down or left/right.
• Pinch to Zoom: Place two fingers on the trackpad and pinch in or out to zoom.
• Swipe Up with Three Fingers: Go to the Home screen.
• Swipe Left/Right with Three Fingers: Switch between open applications.
• Swipe Up and Hold with Three Fingers: Open the App Switcher.

6.3 Adjusting the Stand Angle

7.2 Battery Care

• To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
