2. Safety Information
WARNING: Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before using this product. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace to avoid inhaling solder fumes.
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, to protect against splashes of molten solder.
- The soldering iron tip and heating element reach very high temperatures. Avoid direct contact with skin or flammable materials.
- Always place the soldering iron in its designated stand when not in use.

4. Setup
- Connect the Soldering Iron Pen: Insert the soldering iron pen's connector into the corresponding port on the front of the soldering station unit. Ensure it is securely inserted.

- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-127V AC outlet.
Important: Do not connect to 220V-240V outlets.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the front panel to the "ON" position. The digital display will illuminate.
- Place in Stand: Place the soldering iron securely in the bakelite soldering iron frame when not actively soldering.
- Prepare Cleaning Sponge: Lightly wet the cleaning sponge with water and place it in the designated area of the soldering iron stand. This is used for cleaning the soldering tip.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Temperature Control
The LAKIX Soldering Station offers precise temperature control from 90°C to 480°C (194℉ to 896℉). The unit maintains a steady temperature via PID stabilization for efficient use.
- Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The digital display will show the set temperature.
- The soldering iron heats rapidly, typically reaching the set temperature within 10 seconds.

5.2. °C/°F Conversion
To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) temperature display:
- Simultaneously press the three keys (▲, *, ▼) and then the power button.
- Select your desired temperature unit (C or F) and press the * (confirm) button.

5.3. Auto Sleep Function
The soldering iron kit automatically enters sleep mode after 20 minutes of inactivity to prolong its lifespan. To resume use, simply shake the handle.
To enable or disable the auto-sleep function:
- Press the ▲ and ▼ buttons together, then press the power button.
- Select "ON" or "OFF" for sleep mode, then press the * (confirm) button.

5.4. Temperature Calibration
To calibrate the temperature for optimal accuracy:
- Simultaneously press the ▲ and ▼ buttons in the ON state.
- Adjust the displayed temperature according to actual measured temperature differences.

- Clean tin slag by wiping gently on a damp sponge.
- Avoid excessive force when cleaning the tip to prevent damage.

6.2. General Care

7.1. "S-E" Errors
If "S-E" appears on the screen, it indicates a sensor failure or a short circuit in the heating core.
