Setup Instructions

Connecting to Windows Laptops

For Windows systems, the Upperizon portable monitor offers a plug-and-play experience. The necessary driver will automatically install upon the first connection.

1. Single USB-C Cable Connection (Recommended): If your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) or Thunderbolt 3/4/5, you can achieve a three-screen setup (laptop + two portable monitors) with a single USB-C to USB-C cable. Connect one end of the full-featured USB-C cable to your laptop's compatible USB-C port and the other end to the USB-C Display Port on the portable monitor. This single cable will provide both video signal and power.
2. HDMI and USB-C Power Connection: If your laptop's USB-C port does not support DP Alt Mode, or if you prefer using HDMI:
   • Connect one Mini-HDMI to HDMI cable from your laptop's HDMI port to the Bottom HDMI Port on the portable monitor for the bottom screen signal.
   • Connect a USB-C to USB-A cable from your laptop's USB-A port to the USB-C Display Port on the portable monitor for the upper screen signal.
