Measuring for Installation
Accurate measurements are crucial for a proper fit. Refer to the diagrams below for guidance.
Inside Mount
For an inside mount, measure the width (W) at the top, middle, and bottom of the window frame. Use the minimum of these three measurements. Measure the height (H) at the left, center, and right. Use the minimum of these three measurements. A minimum window depth of 2 inches is required. Order width = window width - 1/4 inch. Order height ≤ 72 inches.

Outside Mount
For an outside mount, measure the width of the ideal area to be covered (W). We recommend adding at least 2 inches on each side of the window for maximum light blockage. Measure the height of the ideal area to be covered (H). Order width = window width + 4 inches. Order height ≤ 72 inches. No need to measure window depth.

Operation
Your DENFOON M1320 shades offer multiple convenient operation methods.
Remote Control
Use the included remote control to raise, lower, and stop the blinds at your desired position. A single-channel remote controls one blind, and a 15-channel remote is available optionally for controlling multiple blinds simultaneously.

Solar Panel Charging
The complimentary solar panel continuously charges the blind's internal battery. Attach the solar panel to your window in an area that receives adequate sunlight. This ensures consistent power and extends the motor's lifespan.

Smart Control (Optional)
For enhanced convenience, you can integrate your blinds with smart home systems. This requires an optional hub (sold separately) to enable app control via your smartphone or voice control through devices like Alexa or Google Assistant.

Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your DENFOON M1320 shades, follow these simple guidelines:
- Cleaning: The fabric is spot clean only. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or stains.
- Wrinkle Removal: If wrinkles occur during transportation, simply unfold the shade and let it sit in a well-ventilated area indoors for a few days (usually within 3 days). Wrinkles will naturally disappear. Alternatively, a garment steamer can be used for quick removal.
