Operating Modes

Your GetKen Water Dispenser offers two distinct operating modes:

  • 1. Water Dispenser Mode:

For quick and controlled dispensing, simply press the power button once. The dispenser will automatically shut off after approximately 1 minute to prevent overflow and conserve battery.

  • 2. Table Pump Mode:

For continuous water flow, such as filling larger containers or for extended use, press and hold the power button for more than three seconds. In this mode, the pump will not shut off automatically, allowing for continuous operation for up to ten minutes.

  • A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.
  • Once fully charged, the dispenser can last for up to 30-40 days or dispense 4-6 bottles of 5-gallon water.
  • Important Charging Note: Please charge the water dispenser with a 5W charger only. Using an excessive power charger can cause battery damage and void the warranty.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your water dispenser:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the silicone hose and stainless steel pipe. A long pipe cleaner (available in kitchen sections of stores) can be used to clean the inside of the hose and nozzle.
  • Material Safety: All parts that come into contact with water are made from food-grade materials (PP, ABS plastic, 304 stainless steel, food-grade silicone) to ensure safe drinking.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, ensure the unit is clean, dry, and fully charged before storing in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid Damage: Handle the dispenser with care. Avoid dropping the unit, especially the spout, as this can cause damage.
