2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

  2. Attach the rear rack to the designated mounting points on the rear frame.
  3. Secure the rear reflector to the rear rack.

Locate the fuse holder, typically near the battery compartment. Insert the provided fuse into the holder to activate the electrical system. This step is crucial for operation.

3.6 Flag Installation

Insert the safety flag into its designated slot on the rear of the ATV. This improves visibility during operation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls Overview

  • Twist-Grip Throttle: Located on the right handlebar, controls acceleration.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Charging

The ATV is equipped with a 36V (three 12V) sealed lead-acid rechargeable battery. A charger is included.

  • Locate the charging port on the side of the ATV.
  • Connect the charger to the port and then to a standard electrical outlet.
  • Charging time is typically 6-8 hours for a full charge.
  • Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect once fully charged.
  • Expected riding time per charge is 45-60 minutes, or 12-15 miles, depending on terrain and speed.

5.2 General Care

  • Keep the ATV clean by wiping it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.

  • Reduced Performance: This may indicate a low battery charge. Fully charge the battery. Check for any obstructions in the drivetrain.
  • Brake Issues: Inspect brake cables for tension and wear. Ensure disc brakes are clean and functioning correctly.
