1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your LcFun USB Rechargeable Electric Arc Lighter. This device features a windproof plasma ignition, an LED battery display, a 3-mode flashlight, and an IP56 waterproof design, making it suitable for various outdoor and indoor applications.

2. Safety Information

  • Warning: Do not use this lighter with metal products.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not touch the arc directly as it can cause burns.
  • Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C (122°F).
  • Do not puncture or incinerate the lighter.
  • Ensure the lid is securely locked before exposing the lighter to water.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the lighter. The device contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Charging takes approximately 1.5 hours.

  1. Open the lighter lid.
  2. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the lighter.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power source (e.g., wall charger, laptop, power bank).
  4. The LED battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. All four lights indicate a full charge.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Arc Lighter

  1. Open the protective lid of the lighter.
  2. Extend the flexible neck to the desired length and angle. The 360° flexible neck allows for ignition at a safe distance.
  3. Press and hold the ignition button to activate the electric arc. The arc will automatically power off after 7 seconds for safety.
  4. Release the button to turn off the arc.
  5. Close the protective lid after use.

5.2 Using the Flashlight

The lighter is equipped with a flashlight featuring three modes: Low, High, and Strobe.

  1. Locate the flashlight switch on the side of the lighter.
  2. Press the switch once for Low mode.
  3. Press again for High mode.
  4. Press a third time for Strobe mode.
  5. Press a fourth time to turn off the flashlight.

5.3 Waterproof and Windproof Features

The LcFun Electric Arc Lighter is designed with an IP56 waterproof and windproof construction, ensuring reliable operation in harsh weather conditions.

  • The robust casing protects against water splashes and dust.
  • The electric arc is unaffected by wind, providing consistent ignition.
  • Important: For full waterproof protection, ensure the buckle is securely locked before exposing the lighter to water.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the lighter. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Charging Port: Keep the Type-C charging port free from dust and debris to ensure proper connection.
  • Storage: Store the lighter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge when the LED indicator shows low power.
