Installation Steps

Follow these steps for a secure installation. It is recommended to have at least two people for TV mounting.

Step 1: Attach Wall Plate to Wall

1. Determine the desired height and center position for your TV.
2. Use a stud finder to locate wood studs if installing on a wood stud wall. For concrete or brick walls, ensure the wall is solid.
3. Place the wall plate against the wall at the desired height and use the integrated bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill holes with a pencil.
4. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on your wall type and the chosen mounting hardware.
5. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the appropriate lag bolts and washers. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.

Step 2: Attach Brackets to TV

1. Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
2. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
3. Select the correct screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes.
4. Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV, ensuring they are vertically aligned and securely fastened. Do not overtighten.

Step 3: Attach TV to Wall Plate

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the TV brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure both brackets are properly seated on the wall plate.
2. Once the TV is securely hanging, engage the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV brackets to prevent accidental dislodgement.

Operating Instructions

Tilt Adjustment

This mount allows for a tilt adjustment of up to 12 degrees to achieve optimal viewing angles and reduce glare. To adjust the tilt:

1. Locate the tilt adjustment knobs or levers on the TV brackets.
2. Loosen the knobs or levers to allow the TV to tilt.
3. Carefully adjust the TV to the desired upward or downward tilt angle.
4. Tighten the knobs or levers firmly to secure the TV in the chosen position.

Horizontal Adjustment

The sliding bracket design allows for horizontal adjustment of the TV even after installation. Gently slide the TV left or right along the wall plate to achieve perfect centering.

Maintenance

• Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight.

Troubleshooting

TV is not level

Ensure the wall plate was installed level using the bubble level. If the wall plate is level, check that the TV brackets are securely and evenly attached to the TV. Minor adjustments can sometimes be made by slightly loosening and re-tightening the TV bracket screws.

TV feels unstable

Verify that all wall plate lag bolts are securely tightened into studs or appropriate wall anchors. Ensure the TV brackets are fully engaged with the wall plate and the safety screws are tightened. Recheck the weight of your TV against the mount's maximum capacity.
