3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Handle Assembly
- Attach the handle to the main jack body using the provided fasteners. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
- Connect the air hose from the jack body to the control valve assembly on the handle.
- Install the appropriate male air fitting (included) to the control valve assembly. It is recommended to use thread sealant tape (not included) to prevent air leaks.

3.3 Initial Inspection
- Check all connections for tightness.
- Inspect the airbags for any signs of cuts, punctures, or wear.
- Ensure the wheels rotate freely.
- Confirm the control valves (inflation and deflation) operate smoothly.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing for Lift
- Park the vehicle on a firm, level surface. Engage the parking brake and block the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Locate the manufacturer's recommended lifting points on the vehicle chassis.
- Position the air jack directly under the designated lifting point, ensuring the rubber pad makes full and stable contact.
- Connect an air compressor (with specifications ≥0.8 MPa / 117.57 PSI) to the air inlet on the jack's handle.

4.2 Lifting the Vehicle
- Ensure the red (deflation) valve on the handle is closed.
- Slowly open the green (inflation) valve to allow compressed air into the airbags. The jack will begin to rise.
- Monitor the lifting process carefully. Ensure the vehicle remains stable and the jack does not shift.
- Once the desired height is reached (maximum 18.5 inches / 470 mm), close the green (inflation) valve.
- IMMEDIATELY place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's frame at the manufacturer's recommended support points.
- Slowly lower the vehicle onto the jack stands by slightly opening the red (deflation) valve. Once the vehicle is securely resting on the jack stands, remove the air jack.

4.3 Lowering the Vehicle
- Ensure the area around the vehicle is clear.
- Position the air jack back under the lifting point, ensuring stable contact.
- Slightly open the green (inflation) valve to lift the vehicle just enough to clear the jack stands.
- Remove the jack stands.
- Slowly open the red (deflation) valve to release air from the airbags. The vehicle will gradually lower.
- Once the vehicle is fully lowered and resting on its wheels, close both valves and disconnect the air compressor.
- Remove the air jack from under the vehicle.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your VEVOR Air Jack.
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the jack with a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt, grease, and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the rubber airbags or painted surfaces.
- Inspection: Before and after each use, visually inspect the entire jack for any signs of damage, including:
- Cuts, cracks, or abrasions on the airbags.
- Bent or damaged handle, frame, or wheels.
- Loose or missing fasteners.
- Air leaks from connections or valves.
- Storage: Store the air jack in a clean, dry environment, preferably in its lowered position, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and corrosive materials.
- Lubrication: Periodically check and lubricate moving parts, such as wheel axles, if necessary, with a light machine oil.
