Package Contents
- 1 x Power Cord
- 1 x User Manual

The package includes the VEVOR Voltage Converter, its power cord, and the user manual.
Initial Setup
- Select Input Voltage: Locate the input voltage switch on the rear of the unit. Before connecting to a power source, ensure the switch is set to the correct input voltage (110V or 220V) matching your local power supply. Incorrect selection can damage the unit or connected devices.

The rear of the unit features a switch to select between 110V and 220V input voltage.
- Connect Power Cord: Plug the provided power cord into the input port on the back of the converter. Then, plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable wall outlet.
- Power On: Flip the main power switch on the front panel to the 'ON' position. The LED displays will illuminate, showing the current output voltage.
The converter provides both US (100-120V) and EU (220-240V) output sockets, allowing compatibility with a wide range of international appliances. Additionally, 5V USB-A and USB-C ports are available for charging small electronic devices.

Operating Instructions
Once powered on, the digital LED displays will show the real-time output voltage for both 100-120V and 220-240V outputs. Connect your devices to the appropriate output sockets. For optimal performance and safety, it is recommended that the total power of your connected devices does not exceed 80% of the converter's rated power (e.g., for a 5000W unit, keep total load below 4000W).
Safety Features
The VEVOR Voltage Converter is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms to ensure safe operation:
- Overload Protection: Automatically shuts down if the connected load exceeds the unit's capacity.
- Overcurrent Protection: Prevents damage from excessive current draw.
- Short Circuit Protection: Safeguards against short circuits in connected devices or wiring.

The unit is designed for 7x24 hours of continuous operation, thanks to its high-quality toroidal coils which also contribute to reduced noise and heat.
Care and Maintenance
- Keep the converter in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Ensure proper airflow around the unit to prevent overheating. Do not block the ventilation holes.
- Clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Regularly check the power cord and plugs for any signs of damage.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the converter and the wall outlet. Ensure the main power switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify the wall outlet is functioning.
- Output Voltage Incorrect/Fluctuating: Confirm the input voltage switch on the rear is set correctly (110V or 220V) for your power source.
- Unit Shuts Down: This may indicate an overload, overcurrent, or short circuit. Disconnect all devices, turn off the converter, wait a few minutes, and then restart. Reduce the total load if an overload was the cause. Check connected devices for faults.
- Unusual Noise/Odor: Immediately turn off the unit and disconnect it from the power source. Contact VEVOR customer support for assistance.
