The POMUIC Q53 earbuds feature a comfortable in-ear design with flexible ear hooks for secure placement during activities. The charging case includes a dual LED display to show the battery status of both the earbuds and the case itself.

Each earbud is equipped with touch-sensitive controls for managing audio playback, calls, and voice assistant activation. The earbuds come with three sizes of silicone eartips (S, M, L) to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for various ear shapes.

Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.
2. Charging Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the earbuds will automatically begin charging. The LED display will show the individual earbud battery levels.
3. Power Bank Function: The charging case can also function as an emergency power bank for other devices. Connect your device to the USB-A output port on the charging case using an appropriate cable.

2. Pairing with a Device

1. First-Time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Select Device: In the Bluetooth settings, search for available devices and select "Q53".
4. Connection Confirmation: Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or take the earbuds out of the case. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.

Music Playback (Touch Controls)

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.

Call Management (Touch Controls)

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds.

The POMUIC Q53 earbuds are engineered with 13.4mm dynamic drivers, providing stereo sound. They incorporate Bluetooth 5.3 technology for stable audio transmission. Four CVC8.0 HD microphones are integrated for clear call quality.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

Water Resistance

The earbuds feature an IP7 waterproof rating, providing protection against sweat and rain. This makes them suitable for sports and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion in water.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and out of the case. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open it again and remove them. This should reset their connection.
• No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
• Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable and power adapter are working. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and case are clean and free of debris.
