Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Place them on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Position the Fire Pit: Choose a level, non-combustible surface for the fire pit, ensuring adequate clearance from walls, ceilings, and other combustible materials as specified in the safety section.
  3. Install Lava Rocks: Distribute the provided lava rocks evenly over the burner pan. Do not cover the igniter or burner holes.
  4. Connect LP Gas Tank:
    • Ensure the gas tank valve is in the OFF position.
    • Connect the regulator hose to the LP gas tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not use tools.
    • Check for gas leaks using a soapy water solution on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, turn off the gas, tighten connections, and retest. Do not operate if a leak persists.
  5. Assemble Wind Guard (Optional): If using the glass wind guard, carefully assemble it according to its separate instructions and place it around the burner area.

Shutting Down

  1. Turn the control knob on the fire pit to the "OFF" position.

    • Ensure the fire pit is completely cool before cleaning.
    • Wipe exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
    • Clean the burner and lava rocks periodically to remove debris. Use a soft brush for the burner.
  • Storage:
    • When not in use, especially during inclement weather or off-season, cover the fire pit with the provided protective cover.
    • Disconnect the LP gas tank and store it in a well-ventilated outdoor area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
