Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The digital display on the charging case will show the battery percentage. Allow the case and earbuds to charge until the display shows 100%.
4. A full charge for the case and earbuds typically takes approximately 1.5 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for new devices. You should see "Q13" or "BESNOOW Q13" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "Q13" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds' indicator lights may change.
5. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the steps.

Touch Controls

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off. Alternatively, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Charging Contacts: Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris to maintain proper charging.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are waterproof, but the charging case is not. Avoid exposing the charging case to water or excessive moisture.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this can affect battery life and performance.

Earbuds not pairing with each other:

Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. Remove the earbuds to allow them to re-establish connection.

Earbuds not connecting to device:

• Forget "Q13" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
• Ensure the earbuds are charged.

No sound or low volume:
