5.3 LCD Display Information

The integrated LCD screen provides detailed information about the charging status:

  • Charging Time: Duration of the current charging cycle.
  • Charging Capacity (mAh): Amount of charge delivered to the battery.
  • Voltage (V): Current voltage of the battery.
  • Percentage (%): Estimated charge level.
  • Battery Type: Indication of detected battery chemistry (e.g., Li-ion, NiMH, LiFePO4).

  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the charger and power cable for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Charger does not power on.No power connection; faulty cable/adapter.Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger and a working power source. Try a different cable or adapter.
Battery not charging.Incorrect battery insertion; battery is non-rechargeable or damaged; charger malfunction.Check battery polarity. Ensure the battery is rechargeable and not damaged. Try a different slot or battery.
Charger displays incorrect battery type or cycles between types.Battery contact issue; battery internal resistance too high; software glitch.Remove and reinsert the battery, ensuring good contact. Clean battery terminals. If the issue persists, the battery may be faulty.
32650 batteries do not fit or charge properly.Physical fitment issue with the negative contact. While the slots may accommodate the diameter, the negative contact might not reach the battery terminal due to the battery's length or sleeve. This charger may not be fully compatible with all 32650 battery designs.
Slow charging speed.Insufficient power input; too many batteries charging; non-fast charging cable.Use a power adapter capable of delivering higher current (e.g., QC/PD compatible). Reduce the number of batteries charging. Use a fast charging USB cable.
