• This product is recommended for cats aged 6 months or older, or weighing between 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) and 9 kg (19.8 lbs).

Waste Disposal

The device features an automatic garbage bag sealing system, allowing for hygienic waste disposal without direct contact. The 10L large-capacity dust box can hold waste for up to 14 days for a single cat (2 days recommended in summer for optimal hygiene), reducing the frequency of emptying.

Unit Cleaning

For thorough cleaning, almost all parts of the unit, except the base, are washable with water.

1. Disassemble the unit using its magnetic structure.
2. Wash removable parts with water and a mild detergent.
3. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

Wi-Fi Connection Issues

If you experience difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi:

Cat Not Using the Litter Box

• Ensure the litter type is suitable for automatic litter boxes.

Cleaning Cycle Malfunctions

• Check for any obstructions in the rotating drum or waste chute.
• Ensure the litter level is within the recommended range.
• Verify that the waste bag is correctly installed and not full.
