Setup

1. Charging the Printer

Before first use, fully charge the printer. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the printer's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The built-in 1000mAh rechargeable lithium battery takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

2. Loading Thermal Paper

This printer uses thermal paper with a width of 210mm or 218mm (A4 size). Ensure you use thermal paper specifically designed for thermal printers. Open the paper compartment cover, insert the thermal paper with the printable side facing the print head (usually the smoother, brighter side), and close the cover securely. Incorrect paper orientation will result in blank prints.

Ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power before cleaning. Allow all components to dry completely before re-using.

Storage

Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health. Remove any paper from the compartment before storage.
