2. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Fairyrain Christmas Tree Lights:

  1. Assemble the Base: Connect the base pieces to form a stable circular frame. Attach the support legs to the central base plate.
  2. Install the Central Pole: Connect the four tubing sections to form the main central pole. Insert the assembled pole into the central base plate.
  3. Attach Light Strings: The LED light strings are pre-attached to the star topper. Carefully drape each string downwards, ensuring they are evenly spaced around the central pole. Secure the bottom of each light string to the hooks on the circular base frame.
  4. Position the Tree: Place the assembled tree in your desired outdoor location. The large base is designed for stability on various surfaces like concrete or lawns. For lawn installation, a ground plug and base combination is provided to prevent tilting in high winds.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the 30V ETL certified power supply into a suitable outdoor power outlet.

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the lights and frame with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

  • Weather Resistance: The lights are designed for outdoor use and are weather-resistant. However, for extreme weather conditions, it is recommended to temporarily store the unit indoors to prevent potential damage.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Lights Not Turning On:
    • Ensure the power supply is securely plugged into a working outlet.
    • Check if the remote control battery needs replacement.
    • Verify that the power supply is correctly connected to the light strings.
  • Lights Not Changing Modes/Dimming:
    • Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote control and the receiver on the tree.
    • Check the remote control battery.
  • Tree Instability:
    • Confirm that all base components and pole sections are securely connected.
    • For lawn installation, ensure the ground plug is firmly inserted and the base is stable.
