Important Safety Information

• Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. Contact customer support immediately if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Assembly requires two people for safety and ease.
• Do not use power tools for assembly, as this may overtighten screws and damage the frame. Hand tools are sufficient and included.
• Place the bed frame on a soft surface (e.g., carpet or rug) during assembly to prevent scratches.
• Periodically check all connections and tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 660 lbs.
• Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.

Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your JIVOIT Queen Upholstered LED Bed Frame. All necessary tools are included.

1. Unpack and Identify: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Identify each part using the provided parts list and diagrams.
2. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard using the designated bolts and washers. Ensure a secure fit but do not overtighten initially.
3. Attach Footboard: Connect the footboard to the other end of the side rails. Once all four corners are connected, gently tighten all bolts.
4. Install Metal Support Bars: Place the metal support bars across the frame, ensuring they align with the pre-drilled holes. Secure them with screws. The hardware supporting the metal frame is designed with silent cotton to prevent noise.
5. Place Wooden Slats: Lay the 24 chunky pine slats across the support bars. The slats are designed to be approximately 5cm apart for optimal mattress support. Secure the slats if your model includes pre-drilled holes or clips.
6. Connect LED and USB Power: Locate the power cable for the LED lights and USB ports, typically found at the back of the headboard. Plug it into a standard wall outlet.
7. Final Tightening: Once the frame is fully assembled, go back and securely tighten all bolts and screws.
8. Position Mattress: Place your Queen-sized mattress directly onto the wooden slats. A box spring is not required for this bed frame.

Operating Instructions

LED Headboard Lighting

The bed frame features integrated LED lighting in the headboard, controlled by a remote. The lights offer various colors, brightness levels, and timer functions.

• Power On/Off: Use the "ON" and "OFF" buttons on the remote to control the lights.
• Color Selection: Press the colored buttons (R, G, B, W, etc.) to select a static color.
• Mode Selection: Use "MODE+" and "MODE-" buttons to cycle through various lighting effects (e.g., fade, strobe, flash).
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the sun icon buttons (brighter/dimmer) to adjust the light intensity.
• Speed Adjustment: Use "SPEED+" and "SPEED-" buttons to control the speed of dynamic lighting modes.
• Timer Function: Set the lights to turn off automatically after a set period (e.g., 1H, 2H, 4H) using the timer buttons.

USB Charging Ports

The headboard includes built-in USB charging ports for convenience.

• Ensure the bed frame is plugged into a wall outlet for the USB ports to function.
• Insert your device's USB charging cable into one of the available ports.
• The ports are designed to charge various small electronic devices.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Upholstery: For general cleaning, gently vacuum the velvet fabric using an upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild fabric cleaner specifically designed for velvet, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically (every 3-6 months) inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain the bed's stability and prevent squeaking.
• LED Lights: The LED lights are designed for long-term use. If issues arise, refer to the troubleshooting section. Do not attempt to replace individual LED components.
• USB Ports: Keep the USB ports free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean them if needed.
