Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your naspaluro Ergonomic Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Install Gas Lift Cylinder: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Connect the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially.
- Attach Backrest to Seat and Armrests: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the seat and armrests. Secure with screws. Once all screws are in place for the armrests and backrest, tighten them evenly.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat (with mechanism, armrests, and backrest attached) onto the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure.

Operating Instructions
Your naspaluro office chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
- Height Adjustment:
To raise the seat, lift the adjustment lever (typically on the right side, under the seat) while taking your weight off the chair. The seat will rise. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever at the desired height.
- Tilt/Rocking Function:
To enable the rocking function, pull the adjustment lever outwards. To lock the backrest in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The chair allows for a rocking range of 90° to 105°.
- Tilt Tension Adjustment:
The round knob located under the seat (usually at the front) controls the tension of the rocking motion. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
- Flip-Up Armrests:
The armrests can be flipped up by rotating them upwards by 90 degrees. This feature allows the chair to be pushed closer to a desk, saving space when not in use. To return them to the down position, simply rotate them back down.

- 360° Swivel:
The chair is designed to swivel 360 degrees, providing flexibility and ease of movement within your workspace.
- Lumbar Support:
The S-shaped backrest is designed to provide ergonomic lumbar support, conforming to the natural curve of your spine for comfort during extended use.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the mesh fabric or plastic components.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris (hair, dust) to ensure smooth rolling.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chair does not adjust height or sinks unexpectedly. | Gas lift cylinder malfunction or lever not engaged correctly. | Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement. Contact customer support. |
| Chair feels wobbly or unstable. | Loose screws or connections. | Check and tighten all assembly screws, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests to the mechanism plate. Ensure the gas lift is securely seated in the base. |
| Difficulty rolling or casters are stiff. | Debris caught in casters or casters are not suitable for the floor type. | Clean any hair or debris from the caster wheels. Ensure the chair is used on a hard floor as recommended. Do not replace original casters. |
| Backrest does not rock or is too stiff/loose. | Tilt tension knob incorrectly adjusted or rocking mechanism locked. | Pull the adjustment lever outwards to enable rocking. Adjust the tilt tension knob (under the seat) clockwise to increase tension or counter-clockwise to decrease tension. |
