2. Package Contents

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes about 15 minutes. No special tools are required beyond what is provided.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the 5 casters into the holes at the end of the chair base legs. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift into Base: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the lever is facing the front of the seat.
4. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat (with mechanism plate) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure the connection.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting Seat Height

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side of the seat mechanism. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. The seat height adjusts from 18.11 inches to 21.5 inches.

4.2 Adjusting Recline/Rocking Function

The chair features a rocking function with a recline range from 90 to 107 degrees. To activate the rocking function, pull the lever on the left side of the seat mechanism outwards. Push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The rocking tension can be adjusted by turning the round knob located underneath the seat mechanism.

4.3 Swivel Function

The chair is designed with 360-degree swivel casters, allowing for effortless rotation and movement.

4.4 Caster Movement

The heavy-duty casters ensure smooth and quiet gliding on various surfaces, including carpets and hard floors.

5. Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the velvet fabric.

• Casters not rolling smoothly: Check for debris (hair, lint) caught in the casters. Clean them as needed.
• Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts of the mechanism or where the gas lift meets the base.
