• Note: Batteries are not included. The main unit requires 3 AAA batteries, and the outdoor sensor requires 2 AA batteries.

Setup Instructions

1. Install Batteries:

   Open the battery compartment on the back of the main unit and insert 3 AAA batteries, observing polarity. Close the compartment. For the outdoor sensor, open its battery compartment and insert 2 AA batteries, observing polarity. Close the compartment.

2. Pairing the Outdoor Sensor:

   Once batteries are installed in both units, the outdoor sensor will automatically attempt to connect with the main unit. The main unit's outdoor display will flash during the pairing process. If pairing is not successful within 3 minutes, long-press the 'CH' button on the main unit to initiate a manual search for the sensor signal. Ensure the outdoor sensor is within range (up to 100m in open air) and on the same channel as the main unit (if applicable, check the channel switch inside the outdoor sensor's battery compartment).

3. Setting Air Pressure:

   Long-press the 'WEATHER' button to manually set the air pressure. The air pressure unit will flash. Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the value. Press 'WEATHER' again to confirm and exit the setting mode.

4. Setting Time and Date:

   Press and hold the 'MODE' button for 3 seconds. The YEAR will begin flashing. Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the year. Press 'MODE' to confirm and move to the next setting (Month, Day, 12/24-hour format, Hour, Minutes). Press 'MODE' to confirm each setting.

Operation

• Display Overview:

  The large LCD screen clearly displays time, date, outdoor and indoor temperature and humidity, weather forecast, and air pressure. Each section is clearly labeled for easy reading.

• Backlight Function:

  Press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate the backlight for 10 seconds, improving visibility in low-light conditions.

• Alarm Clock & Snooze:

  To set the alarm, press 'ALARM' button. Use 'UP'/'DOWN' to adjust the alarm time. Press 'ALARM' again to confirm. When the alarm sounds, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate the snooze function for 5 additional minutes.

• Weather Forecast:

  The console predicts weather conditions for the next 12 to 24 hours based on data from its built-in barometer sensor. Icons such as sunny, partly cloudy, overcast, rainy, stormy, snow, and snowstorm are displayed.

Maintenance

• Clean the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid exposing the main unit to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Ensure the outdoor sensor is placed in a sheltered location to protect it from direct rain and snow, while maintaining good air circulation for accurate readings.
• Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.

Troubleshooting

• No outdoor reading: Check if the outdoor sensor batteries are correctly installed and charged. Ensure the sensor is within the 100m transmission range and on the correct channel. Long-press the 'CH' button on the main unit to re-initiate pairing.
• Inaccurate readings: Ensure both units are placed away from direct heat sources, vents, or extreme cold. Allow time for the sensors to stabilize after initial setup or relocation.
• Display not working: Check main unit batteries. If the issue persists, try removing and reinserting batteries to reset the device.
• Weather forecast inaccurate: The weather forecast is based on barometric pressure changes and is an estimation for the next 12-24 hours. It may not always perfectly match local weather conditions.
