1. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The power cord is designed to be approximately 29.56-39.37 inches long to reduce the risk of entanglement or tripping. Do not use extension cords.
  • The appliance is equipped with a fault protection function. If the temperature becomes excessively high due to internal failure or improper operation, the multi cooker will automatically stop working to prevent fire hazards.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to 'off', then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended household use.

3. Setup and First Use

3.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials from the slow cooker.
  • Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.

3.2 Before First Use

  • Wash the inner pot and glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  • Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  • Ensure all parts are dry before plugging in the appliance.

3.3 Placement

  • Place the slow cooker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper ventilation.
  • Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.

4. Operating Instructions

The Eamoment Slow Cooker features a user-friendly control panel with a digital display, a central knob for selection, and dedicated function buttons.

4.1 General Operation

  1. Plug the appliance into a standard 120V AC outlet. The display will light up.
  2. Place the inner pot into the main unit.
  3. Add your ingredients to the inner pot.
  4. Select your desired cooking function using the central knob or dedicated buttons.
  5. Adjust time or temperature if applicable using the knob.
  6. Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin cooking.

4.2 Cooking Functions

The Eamoment Slow Cooker offers multiple functions for diverse culinary needs:

4.2.1 SLOW COOK (HIGH/LOW)

Ideal for tenderizing meats and developing rich flavors over extended periods.

  1. Ensure the appliance is in the activation state (plugged in).
  2. Rotate the knob to select 'SLOW COOK: HIGH' or 'SLOW COOK: LOW'.
  3. Press 'START/STOP' to begin. The cooker will maintain the selected slow cook temperature.

4.2.2 WHITE RICE

Cooks perfect white rice automatically.

  1. Ensure the appliance is in the activation state.
  2. Rotate the knob to select 'WHITE RICE'.
  3. Press 'START/STOP' to begin. The cooker will automatically switch to 'KEEP WARM' mode after cooking is finished.

4.2.3 STEAM

For steaming vegetables, seafood, or other foods.

  1. Ensure the appliance is in the activation state.
  2. Rotate the knob to select 'STEAM'.
  3. Press 'START/STOP' to begin.

4.2.4 SAUTÉ

Allows you to brown ingredients directly in the pot before slow cooking or for standalone sautéing.

  1. Ensure the appliance is in the activation state.
  2. Rotate the knob to select 'SAUTÉ'.
  3. Press 'START/STOP' to begin.

4.2.5 WARM

Keeps food warm after cooking is complete.

  • This mode is often automatically engaged after certain cooking cycles (e.g., White Rice).
  • It can also be manually selected to keep food at a serving temperature.

4.2.6 DELAY

Allows you to set a delayed start time for cooking, particularly useful for rice.

  • Function setting steps: Select 'WHITE RICE' → Press 'DELAY' → Rotate the knob to set the desired delay time (1H-12H) → Press 'START/STOP' to begin.
  • The cooker will start cooking after the delay time has elapsed.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Eamoment Slow Cooker.

5.1 Daily Cleaning

  • Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Inner Pot: The non-stick aluminum alloy inner pot is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to protect the non-stick coating.
  • Glass Lid: The glass lid is also dishwasher safe. Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.

5.2 Storage

  • Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
  • Store the slow cooker in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Eamoment Slow Cooker, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
