2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the washer dryer from its packaging. Ensure all packing materials, including the transit bolts at the rear of the machine, are removed before installation. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.
2.2 Included Components
Verify that all the following components are included in the box:

2.3 Placement
Place the washer dryer on a firm, level surface to minimize vibration and noise during operation. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation and maintenance. The product dimensions are 47.5D x 60W x 85H Centimeters.

2.4 Water and Power Connection
Connect the inlet hose to a cold water supply with a minimum pressure of 14.5 PSI (50 kPa). Ensure the drain hose is properly installed to allow for water discharge. Plug the appliance into a grounded 230 Volts AC power outlet. The unit operates at 2100 Watts.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel features an LED display, a program knob, power on/off button, start/pause button, and additional options. Use the jog dial to select desired wash programs and the touch panel for various settings.

3.2 Wash Programs
The washer dryer offers 14 wash programs tailored for different fabric types and cleaning needs. Select the appropriate program using the program knob.

3.3 Drying Functions

3.4 Smart Features (LG ThinQ)
Connect your washer dryer to Wi-Fi and control it remotely using the LG ThinQ app. You can start/stop cycles, monitor progress, and download additional wash programs from anywhere.

3.5 AI Direct Drive Technology

3.6 Steam Technology

3.7 TurboWash 59

4. Maintenance and Care
4.1 Tub Clean
Regularly run the Tub Clean cycle to maintain the hygiene of the drum and prevent odor buildup. Refer to the control panel section for how to select and start this program.
4.2 Cleaning the Dispenser Drawer
Periodically remove and clean the detergent and fabric softener dispenser drawer to prevent residue buildup. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
4.3 Cleaning the Drain Filter
The drain filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure proper drainage and prevent blockages. Locate the filter at the bottom front of the machine, twist to open, remove debris, and rinse. Close securely after cleaning.
4.4 Exterior Care
Wipe the exterior of the washer dryer with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. The black steel finish is designed for durability and easy cleaning.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Common Issues and Solutions

5.2 Smart Diagnosis™
The Smart Diagnosis feature allows you to quickly troubleshoot issues with your appliance using your smartphone. Follow the instructions in the LG ThinQ app to receive diagnostic information and potential solutions.

5.3 Child Lock
To prevent accidental operation by children, activate the Child Lock function. This will disable the control panel buttons. Refer to your control panel for specific instructions on how to activate and deactivate this feature (usually by pressing and holding a combination of buttons).
