3. Setup and Installation
This gas cooktop is designed for built-in use only. Proper installation is crucial for safety and performance. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified professional.

Gas Connection:
The cooktop is factory-set for Natural Gas (NG). If using Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), conversion is required using the included LPG nozzles. This conversion must be performed by a qualified technician. A natural gas pressure regulator and gas pipe are NOT included and must be purchased separately.
Electrical Connection:
The appliance comes with a pre-installed 120V power cord for the electronic ignition system.
Installation Environment:

4. Operating Instructions
Igniting a Burner:
- Ensure the gas supply is open.
- Place your cookware on the grate above the desired burner.
- To ignite, press down on the corresponding control knob and rotate it counter-clockwise to the 'HIGH' flame setting. You will hear a clicking sound as the electronic igniter sparks.
- Once the flame ignites, continue to hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and engage the flame-out protection system.
- Release the knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the process.
- Adjust the flame size by rotating the knob between 'HIGH' and 'LOW' settings.
Child Protection Lock:
The control knobs are equipped with a child protection lock. This requires you to press and rotate the knob simultaneously to ignite, preventing accidental activation by children.

Turning Off a Burner:
Rotate the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the 'OFF' position. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
